The above is a picture of Gateway's new "One" PC which was leaked onto the internet yesterday and announced today. it's a sleek all-in-one PC that looks to be a direct competitor to my all-in-one favorite, Apple's iMac. It even has a built-in webcam. This thing can even mount on a wall. The One is supposed to be able to host an easily-replaced hard drive & memory (both sticking points for these types of PC's.)
Prices are as follows:
$1,300 for a 1.5GHz Core 2 Duo processor with 2GB of RAM, a 320GB HDD and Intel X3100 integrated graphics.
$1,800 unit with a 2GHz processor, 3GB of RAM, 500GB HDD and Mobility Radeon HD 2600 dedicated graphics.
$1,500 gets you a unit somewhere in the middle.
