I've been watching this company for a couple of years now.
Years ago, purchasing a luxury automobile involved much more than just checking off a bunch of options for color, leather and having to choose between XM Radio or a 6 disc CD changer.
After purchasing a chassis, the car buying would make a visit to a coachbuilder in order to consult with a designer to personalize their purchase. Styling decisions regarding body style, seating and creature comforts were all up to the buyer, not the bean counter.
Enter Fisker: Specialty coachbuilder for 2008 and beyond. Fisker has been taking BMW 6 Series and Mercedes Benz SL's and converting them into personalized works of art. The result is something very different. Very passionate.
"Our design philosophy is to create beautiful, emotional and exciting designs that incorporate a perfect balance between sculpture, graphics and proportion. We feel that this gives every design we create a sense of timeless beauty." ~Fiskercb
As I can't see what automobile this could possibly be based on, (Maserati Quattroporte Collezione?) I assume that what is shown here is the first ground up build from the company.
The Premium Luxury Hybrid Fisker Karma

The prospective owners of this car must have been really good in a previous life.
