I'm in the market for a new 24" monitor for my desktop PC. As I watch TV on it, the old Dell 19 incher just ain't doin' it for me anymore.
In comes 2 new hot monitor models from Dell and Alienware.
Let’s begin with the Dell (above). It comes with a 22-inch screen surrounded by ultra-clear tempered glass. This glass also contains 4 nice integrated speakers and a 2-megapixel webcam all sitting on a chome-plated zinc alloy tripod. It features 2000:1 contrast ratio. Nyce!

Next is this beaut from Alienware. It features four nearly seamless and sharp screens of DLP goodness and is 3 feet wide!
(Note the panel gaps that Alienware says will be gone by production)

(Who said DLP was dead? Oh yea. I did.)
Lit by LEDs, this monitor over three feet wide and supposedly has great resolution and response time which is great for movie viewing and gaming. The price hasn't been determined, but, like the Dell, it most probably is outside of my budget.
